Why Join Reno Tahoe EO?
What is EO?
EO stands for Entrepreneurs’
Organization and is a non-profit membership group for entrepreneurs. It is designed to help business owners on
their path to greater business and personal fulfillment. There are EO chapters worldwide, affording
the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs from many different business
segments and locations. The Reno/Tahoe chapter currently has about 30 members,
all local business owners who welcome the opportunity to interact with others
and improve themselves and their business. The
Mission
statement for the Reno/Tahoe Chapter is: “To be
the most valuable resource for entrepreneurs in the Reno/Tahoe area.”
EO is a support, learning,
and a social organization for Entrepreneurs. There are many programs and benefits at both the local and International
levels but most of the benefits can be broken down into three categories:
· Peer to Peer
Learning
· Once-in-a-lifetime
Experiences
· Connections to
Experts
Learning Events. The
Reno Tahoe Chapter has a chapter wide learning event approximately once per
month. These events can be focused on
personal issues such as health and fitness, business issues such as
negotiating, or may be purely social. No
matter what the theme, we attempt to make them “once-in-a-lifetime” in
the sense that they are the kind of activities that it would be unlikely to
have the chance to do on your own.
International
Benefits. EO International has a connection to experts feature on their websites that gives you access to both the best medical advice in the country, as well as personal access to experts in a variety of subjects worldwide. You can reach out and email these people to help you solve your personal and business problems.
